We were received well. We wanted an upgrade and it was immediately offered at a discount. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Located near Calangute and Baga beach. Scenic Rice fields from our balcony.

earlier when it was azure by spree it was good. as of now the maintainance is low. and the rooms tariff is very high compared to other hotels nearby.
